One of their smart puppets told me that Jopetto does not give them instructions on how to install them. Avoid FastNext too they are Ukrainian scumbags in ski masks… terrible issues! constant server blackouts! its like their server is working on “salo”(pig beacon).

Screw hostmonster. One month later they blamed it on “using excess resources” and suspended my site without notice. I could not even reach control panel to save my content. I had to beg … very unprofessional …Finally I could save my site and move to another webhost… they suck

Now they say the reson is not excess cpu usage but adult content. Excuse, not much I was working with programmers and as hostmonster limit their php.in file max upload the programmer was testing movie upload on this folder and had no movies other than adult :

It looks like they found adult content in:

/public_html/yui/dolphinfree/ray/modules/movie/files

You would need to remove that then I will place this in to the abuse queue so you can respond to them.
